Dicta-Notes helps you capture meetings, automatically differentiate speakers, translate to 130+ languages, and export professional results. Transcription is processed on saved sessions with Google Gemini 2.5 for high accuracy and 10+ speaker identification.

Quick Start

Get to your first transcript fast

  1. Set your User Type in Profile Settings (see below)
  2. Open the Transcribe page and start recording
  3. Stop and Save Session when finished
  4. Open the saved session and click Transcribe to process with Google Gemini 2.5
  5. Optionally translate, then export as PDF/Word/Text/Markdown

How to set your User Type

  1. Open Profile (user menu, top‑right)
  2. Go to the Features tab
  3. Select your User Type and save
  4. Applies to future sessions you create

  • Invite teammates and manage permissions
  • Saved sessions are accessible to authorized members

Online Meeting Integration

  • Capture audio from Zoom, Teams, Google Meet via your browser
  • Use System/Tab Audio and enable “Share audio” when prompted
